Relaxation and Mindfulness Practices

Mindfulness practice is understood by Chinese medicine to be the highest form of medicine available to us. It introduces us directly to our own internal experiences. Consistent practice is a key component in recognizing the link between our body and mind and our behavior and lifestyle patterns effect our health. It is the primary modality through which on is able to eliminate the habitual tendencies which underlie and create illness and suffering in our lives, be it physical, emotional or psychological. Mindfulness practice is the most efficient and pragmatic tool one has for generating a sense of health, balance and longevity.
